Private client practice
Codex Technologies currently operates as a private, client-led technology service practice and is not registered as a company or business entity. We work only with interested private clients who choose to engage us for a project. This notice is provided for transparency and does not replace professional legal or tax advice.
Project payments
Payments are matched using the project ID provided by our team. Customers are responsible for entering the correct project ID, name, email, and amount. A payment confirms receipt of funds; our team reviews it before applying the payment and proceeding with the requested project action.
Installments and refunds
Installment payments are applied toward the related project balance. Fees, deposits, and installments are not automatically refundable once work or third-party costs have begun. Any refund, adjustment, or credit is reviewed individually and agreed with the private client in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, content, access, and timely feedback. Delivery dates can change when requirements, approvals, or payments are delayed. We may pause work on overdue balances or unclear instructions.
Privacy and security
Payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not ask clients to send card numbers or security codes by message. We use the contact details and project information supplied by a client only to communicate about the project, payment, support, and related records, unless disclosure is required by law.
Questions
By making a payment, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to the project-specific terms shared with you. Contact our team before paying if any amount, project ID, scope, or delivery expectation is unclear.
